By using Chasing Upside, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Purpose of the service

Chasing Upside provides tools for organizing fantasy-football research, rankings, league context, and draft decisions. Its information is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and is not a guarantee of player performance or competitive results.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access methods secure. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Chasing Upside the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and back up that content to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features and data sources may change. To the extent permitted by law, Chasing Upside is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its information.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
