Chasing Upside is a fantasy-football research and draft-intelligence workspace. This policy explains the information the service processes and the choices available to you.

Information we process

• Account information supplied through Clerk, including your verified email address and profile details.
• Authentication details returned by providers you choose, such as Google or Discord.
• Workspace content, preferences, rankings, source settings, league data, and draft records you create.
• Technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as request and error logs.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your workspace, provide product features, preserve draft-time evidence, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use Google or Discord profile data for advertising.

Service providers

Chasing Upside relies on Clerk for authentication, Google and Discord when you select those sign-in methods, and infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the functions used by the service.

Retention and control

Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, backup, and integrity requirements. You may disconnect a social provider from your account profile. Requests concerning access or deletion can be made through the support contact displayed on the authentication consent screen.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
